The Papua New Guinea Immigration and Citizenship Authority has issued a public notice that it is introducing an online payment facility as of 1 November 2019.

As part of that facility, payment of all visa fees will only be in the USD currency.

Online payments can be done through their website at www.ica.gov.pg

PUBLIC NOTICE

This serves to advise the general public and our valued clients that effective from 1 November 2019 all visa fees will be charged in United States Dollars (USD) conversions and all Migration Service Fees (MSF) can be paid via our new online payment gateway available on our website: www.ica.gov.pg

The announcement also states that all Papua New Guinea Overseas Mission will no longer accepts cash payments for MSF.

Overseas clients will lodge visa application with a copy of online payment receipt. MSF payments can be done anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.
