The first time I visited this place, which I think was a year ago, I left the premises pretty disappointed. The air was stuffy, the surroundings a little darker than usual and the food was a little cold. Turn the clock forward to December 2019 and I was back at this joint with eyes wide open absorbing the experience of a fresh new look of this restaurant.

It’s right in the heart of the city and it’s a place that has a bit of everything. The setting is basically laid out in three parts. The top part is an outdoor sports bar with two service areas. There’s flat screen televisions running along the top of the bar area giving patrons every opportunity to not miss all the action. There’s another mini bar adjacent to what looks like a stage for live band music.

On the other end of this joint is another outdoor area for those wanting a more relaxing and quiet atmosphere. With outdoor lounge suites spread throughout and synthetic grass carpet flooring, it’s best described as lounge elegance. The look and feel while sipping your favourite beverage feels so much like relaxing at a poolside of a plush hotel.

And in the middle, sandwiched between these two sections is the restaurant. The menu has changed a little bit considering the last time I was here, it was primarily Vietnamese. The stripped pork in a bun with Kaukau chips on the side is a must try.

The ambience and chic interior decor immediately gives you that feeling that you won’t be disappointed and I certainly wasn’t.

Element is located at the MRDC Building in town.

I’m not going to go any further so I’ll let these pictures do the talking for now.
