“CPA PNG is eager to support organisations and businesses transform and grow in alignment with global standards and best-practices and this is an enhancement to our service delivery,” said Yuwak Tau, Executive Director of CPA PNG. Mr Tau further explained that CPA PNG introduced EFTPoS as a form of payment in 2010 with the vision of investing in a comprehensive web-based system to facilitate membership data, online billing, interaction, content and asset management.
In 2019, CPA partnered with BSP to provide Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) to add to their website. BSP is pleased to announce that CPA PNG now has an IPG for e- Commerce. CPA PNG will launch its IPG on its website after May 2020.

“To implement a world class Member Relationship Management system to support and develop CPAs in PNG is an achievement for the Accountancy profession in PNG. Through automation, and self-service by members, utilising CPA PNG’s own IPG gives us distinctive advantage and efficiencies over the old ways of doing things”, said Mr. Tau.
