A Decade of Dedication: Celebrating 10 Years of Positive Impact in Fiji

For 10 years, Capital Insurance Group Ltd has been a trusted protector and insurance partner, fostering resilience across Pacific communities in Fiji, Vanuatu, Tonga, the Solomon Islands, and Papua New Guinea. The 10th anniversary celebration in Fiji marked a heartfelt reflection on this journey – a tribute to shared achievements and gratitude to stakeholders who made it possible.

The Chief Guest, Hon. Manoa Kamikamica, Fiji’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Communications, praised Capital Insurance in his keynote address, stating it, “… stands as one of the growing number of companies that have grown a footprint across our region in an attempt to continue to build a resilient and strong Pacific economy.”

Over the years, Capital Insurance has stood by families, businesses, and communities during moments of vulnerability. Whether through providing financial security, supporting recovery efforts after natural disasters, or enabling growth during challenging times, our unwavering mission has been to foster resilience and ensure our clients can rebuild and thrive.

The celebration began with a networking session and a traditional sevusevu ceremony, a profound symbol of respect and unity that set the tone for the evening. Brokers, partners, agents, clients, and staff from across the region came together to mark this milestone.

The evening featured vibrant Fijian cultural performances, live music by the Tom Mavi Band, and a video presentation of testimonials illustrating the real-world impact of Capital Insurance’s support for its clients and the community. Ms. Ilaivaha Tovehi, Country Manager, Capital Insurance Tonga, gave a moving speech, reaffirming that this journey has always been about building relationships, fostering resilience, and envisioning a stronger Pacific.
