Credit Corporation Launches CreditBank PNG

As you may have heard, Credit Corporation has now launched its new bank. Introducing PNG’s new digital-first commercial bank: CreditBank PNG.

After a successful soft launch, CreditBank officially unveiled its new banking products on 30 September. If you have not done so, check out the new website here creditbank.com.pgand social media channels.

CreditBank’s goal is to help customers reach their business and life financial ambitions while building a relationship that they can count on.

Customers told us that they expect transparency. They don’t want to wait in lines, and they want to interact with us both digitally and personally when needed.

So, we built a bank that includes teller-less kiosks for faster transactional services, concierge options for face-to-face experiences, and a safe and secure digital banking infrastructure in which all customers can access their accounts 24/7 with confidence and ease.

Customers can open a transaction account online, without needing to visit a branch, by downloading the App on GooglePlay or Apple’s App Store and following the simple on-boarding process.

Commenting on the new bank at a conference in August, Credit Corporation’s CEO Danny Robinson stated that: ‘We are changing the game in banking by adopting a digital-first approach in everything we do…which will ultimately reduce our cost[s] and improve our services.’
