CPLs GM for Commercial Omprakash Seshadri said partnering with Pacific-Games aligns with CPL’s-commitment to continually enhance and progress the sports in PNG.

The Games Organising Committee is pleased to announce that due to the demand in Gamestickets, CPL Group of Companies’ Stop N Shop have come on board to help sell the tickets.

Speaking at the launch of the additional outlets, Chief Executive Officer of GOC, Peter Stewart thanked CPL’s support in ensuring that residences of Port Moresby have easy access to tickets apart from BSP.

STOP N SHOP stores will be the exclusive retailer to sell the games tickets.  Participating Stop N Shop outlets include the following branches: Badili, Boroko, Gerehu, North Waigani, Town, Waigani Central, Express – Airways and Express – Deloitte.CPL Group GM for Commercial, Omprakash Seshadri, said “We have decided to partner with Pacific Games because their forward-thinking in sports aligns with CPL’s commitment tocontinually enhance and progress the sports in the country.”

Pacific Games CEO Peter Stewart  thanked CPL for coming on board in selling the games tickets to their  ardent customers.

CPL Group is excited and committed to unify their efforts in bringing games tickets to its ardent customers in their Stop N Shop stores. CPL Group’s Waigani Central Retail Manager Kadai Moboi said, “It’s a proud moment for me to be a part of these exciting Games, we will ensure that all patrons interested in buying Games tickets are served promptly.”

Mr Steward added that, “We have received very good response from the public since the ticket launch 13 days ago. We are excited to say that since then we have sold over 8000 tickets, this is a very significant number to achieve in a very short time.”

“With this achievement, we have no doubt that the tickets may be sold out before the Gamesstart. For people who think that they can wait until the last minute, we want to strongly advise that, there might not be many tickets left so it is best you get them from these selected and recognised outlets to prevent yourself from being disappointed,” said Stewart.

Stop N Shop Manager Kadai Maboi  is the first customer to buy the games tickets in his store.
