According to a teleco website Telecompaper, Digicel PNG has launched a Facebook Q & A Forum enabling users to log in a raise customer service issues as well as be educated by hosts on various aspects of service Digicel provides.

Digicel Papua New Guinea (Digicel PNG) has launched a Question and Answer Forum series called ‘Talk With Us’ which will be conducted live over Facebook to help answer customers’ queries regarding their phone services. The live forums will be held every Thursday between 17:00 hours and 18:00 hours, with topics based on a monthly theme.
This month’s theme is data management and the first session was held on 11 February. Users discussed how to restrict background data on smartphones. Data professionals from Digicel, Eliack Deilala and Clive Long, administered the session to help customers control their data and call costs.
To participate, customers should click on a link and sign in when the forum is live or click on the Talk With Us link on Digicel’s Facebook page. Once logged in customers can type in questions for the data professionals to answer.
