Port Moresby, 18th May, 2017 | Bank South Pacific (BSP)’s flagship branch of Port Moresby received a facelift to the branch and banking chamber in April and May, 2017.
This branch improvement provides a more spacious customer service areas with newly refurbished and spacious banking chamber. Port Moresby Branch, one of the oldest branches, has undergone major changes to its chamber with the General Enquiry, mobile banking and personal loan sections placed openly in the chamber for customer’s convenience.
“We do over 5,000 transactions per day and service over a thousand general enquiries here at Port Moresby Branch. Our valued customers choose Port Moresby Branch because we try to serve every customer as best as we can, while at the same time not keeping other customers waiting for too long,” said Port Moresby Branch Manager, Diana Guria.
“We have customer service officers walking the lines and talking to customers about their enquiries and assisting them when we can. Port Moresby Branch now has an improved look, with better lighting and a friendlier atmosphere, providing a more comfortable setting for the customers.”
BSP Branch in Boroko also had minor revamps to its interior with its general enquiry desk set within the chamber with assembled seats to avoid congestions. Moreover, the lending section on level 2 of the building has also had work done to the interior with expansions of the chamber.
